Honored Guest Dean Osama Algahtani Meets with Dean Gregory Washington

Jun. 20, 2013 – Honored guest Dr. Osama Algahtani, Dean of the Salman Bin Abdulaziz School of Engineering, met with Dean Gregory Washington to discuss the SAU Program.  Dean Washington presented Dean Osama with a certificate commemorating the program and thanking Dr. Osama for all of his help in making the program what it is today.

Additionally attented by Program Director Professor Ahmed Eltawil, Associate Program Director, Professor Fadi Kurdahi, and Program Manager Anis Hammoudeh, the meeting was another step in strengthening the already strong bond between the University of California, Irvine and Salman bin Abdulaziz University.  In the previous year, Dean Washington had traveled to Salman bin Abdulaziz University to see the school and discuss the program at length.
